 APPLICATION :   

This machine is used for drawing lines on shoe vamps.

 

FEATURES :  

1. The machine is actuated by pneumatic power, bearing’s swiveled inflating air bag pan. Compact & labor saving, foot-pedal switches controlling and convenient for two hands making scribing, this work helps more smooth.

2. The inflating air bag pan, the inflating volume be regulated freely by specially pneumatic circuit components. So that, the air bag can be adjusted with shoe lasts or soles and no need any pad. Furthermore, the sole profile line will be revealed perfectly.

3. This machine is suitable for versatile shoes.

4. The pressing shoe of front toe & quarter be equipped the non-rotating cylinder, the pressing shoes can be rotated with inflating bag pan same direction synchronously.

5. The air inflating & releasing of air bag which couple with electronic system and can be regulated randomly. Equipped with hand tool rack to store hand tool, convenient for operating.

6. Compact & neat size, simple of operating, noiseless, low default rate.
