APPLICATION :   

This machine is suitable for pressing shoe welts (foxing) of all types. It adjusts automatically to suit all shoe shapes and sizes to achieve the best cross- pressing results without manual adjustments. It is especially suitable for cross- pressing vulcanized shoes.

FEATURES :  

1. Centralized lubricant channels by an oil feeder to ensure all parts are lubricated completely.

2. Embraced are pressing structure ensures shoe front and back counter corners are well- pressed without dead ends.

3. Pressing force is even for all parts; so no deformed foxing issues.

4. Both pressing time and hydraulic pressing force can be adjusted to suit different types of shoes.

5. This is the most advanced type of attaching and forming machine, which enables twice fast presses on shoe front and back parts to achieve best pressing performance for toe guard and logo without shifting their positions. Patent right is under registered.
