Two Layer N.I.R. Lights cement drying & activating conveyor

APPLICATION 用途:   

TS-917D Outsole Attaching Line: The upper layer is belt type; and the lower layer is removable shoe holder type.  It is suitable for gluing and attaching all kinds of shoes assembly. 
 

FEATURES 特點:  

1. Double layer conveyor has upper layer for outsoles and down layer for shoe vamps. The oven controls and sets different temperatures independently based on different shoe materials, which results in fast heating. It saves about 1/3 of heating time compared to the conventional electric oven; and hence it saves heating energy.  The compact size also saves factory space. 
2. With imported low dazzle-light NIR lamps, this machine heats inside and outside layers of glue evenly. Along with hot air circular system, it dries and activates glue quickly and steadily.
3. Locating at glue-applied-areas, there are air-blowing-in & air-blowing-out devices, which remove exhaust from the oven efficiently to maintain clean air and to meet environmental regulations.
4. Three-color-alarms (red, yellow, green) and the break sensor, which display working, repairing, and production conditions for safety operation.
5. Adopt SCR simulator 4-20mA, which precisely controls constant temperature and brightness of the infrared lamps .
6. For outsole attachment, it equips with a warm-keeping oven, which active glue molecule for the best attachment performance.
7. Adjustable shoe holders for all types of shoes.
