This machine is suitable for rubber sheet cooling.

 

FEATURES:  

1. This machine can be equipped with a water cooling type chiller and a cooling tower or air cooling type chiller, which speeds up cooling time and results in excellent cooling effect. Therefore, this machine is suitable for mass production.

2. Adding anti-sticking agent in cooling water to prevent non-vulcanized rubber sheets from sticking to each other when rubber sheets are piled up.

3. Eliminating contamination of powder dust, this can improve the environment.

4. The speed is adjustable, and the maximum speed is 25 meter / minute. Sheet size is L10M~25M x W550m x T1mm~10mm.

5. This machine is equipped with a cutter. Cutting length is adjustable.

6. Except for transmission parts, this machine is made of stainless steel, which has long machine life.
