APPLICATION :
This EVA foam machine is suitable for forming EVA foam boards, PE foam boards, and rubber foam boards. It adopts a Thermal Oil Temperature Controller to achieve stable high temperatures, energy saving, easy operation, and visual management advantages. By using this machine, high-quality finished products can be manufactured.
FEATURES :
1. The whole machine uses low carbon steel material SC46, which is integrally formed and durable. The hot plate is made of SS400.
2. Adopt butterfly steam control valve: reduce steam consumption and stabilize temperature .
3. Oil pressure control adopts collective circuit design, convenient for maintenance.
4. Install springs between hot plates to reduce shock and noise.
5. The hot plate adopts U-line steam circuit with good constant temperature effect.
