APPLICATION:
The specially designed four-stage continuous foaming furnace has uniform temperature inside, which allows foaming boards to be fully foamed and improve product quality.
FEATURES:
1. Temp. control range: 35℃-250℃.
2. Hot wind circulation: with AC motor 7.5HP speed controller.
3. Temp. control: with SCR infinitively variable thermal control ±1℃.
4. Main motor: 4 sets of independent speed controllers.
5. Conveyor: The first and second ovens are stainless steel roller conveyor and the 3rd and the 4th ovens are stainless steel netting belt.
