Rubber Powder Plant including Grinder and Pulverizer System
Rubber and EVA sheet footwear industry, rubber tire industry, EPDM auto parts industry, EVA foam sheet industry.  To grind fully vulcanized rubber, EVA sheet, or EPDM waste by a fully automatic system.  Use the factory’s own waste and grind it to a fine powder for reuse in production to reduce production cost.  The in house recycled powder quality is more stable and have better controlled than purchasing recycled powder from outside.

Finished Product :  

Use these recycled powder to replace with silica or CaCO3 in your production to save big cost. The characteristics of recycled powder are better than white carbon or CaCO3.  Factories can add 7% - 50% in their footwear production depending on their product's physical requirement and markets.
