Five Roller Calender (Steam Type) / (WTC Type)

APPLICATION:  

It is high precision machine. It’s suitable for fabric and rubber sheet lamination, such as making back counter pads and simple rubber insoles.

FEATURES: 

1. This is direct type vertical calendar machine. Vertical arrangement of 5 rollers shortens all distances between each roller. Hence, rubber sheets are rapidly and continuously pressed by all 5 rollers, which results very smooth and shiny rubber surface for best rubber sheet products.

2. Bearing type roller bushing increases precision of rubber sheet thickness. The 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, and 5^th plain steel rollers have bearing type bushings. The 4^th roller has copper roller bushing.

3. This machine is equipped with Auto. Lubrication System to reduce components wear out and to extend the machine life.

4. This machine is suitable for making rain boots, snow boots and all high quality rubber products.
