APPLICATION:
EMBOSSING MACHINE WITH COLOR EXTRUDER should be equipped with rubber extruders and cooling powder cutting machine as a complete set of machinery. The main usage of this machine is to calender all rubber compound by the upper roller and middle roller. After that, the rubber compound will be pressed by an embossing roller (the lower roller) into rubber sheets with patterns or just flat rubber sheets without any patterns. If necessary, those rubber sheets will be cut to stripping rubber sheets for foxings.
FEATURES:
1. It is able to make single, double, and three color foxing.
2. It is able to make outsoles, toe caps, and bumper welts.
3. It is able to fabric laminated with rubber (one side or two side).
4. Large capacity. Sharp and beautiful embossing patterns.
