APPLICATION 用途:   

The main purpose of this machine is to compress the rubber material and through the T-die to remove air bubbles from rubber sheet efficiently.

FEATURES 特點:  

1. Optional for Forced- Feeding Device to smooth raw- material- input process and to accelerate extruding speed 2 to 3 times.

2. The gear box is adopted with Japanese bearings. Gears are processed by precision grinding, which decreases rotating speed differences. It addition to direct type

3. Gear box is equipped with reversible oil pump to lubricate all gears and bearings automatically. Also, gear oil is filtered easily by the automatic oil cleaner and the oil water cooler ensures moderate oil temperature to protect parts from damages.

4. Special- spiral- water- canal- design for extruder, which enables the barrel and the screw to achieve desire temperature by a Mold temperature controller. It is also for easy machine operation for high quality products.

5. Long screw to enhance better air bubble- T- mold with Mold temperature controller to achieve even temperature and to reduce scorched rubber. After 2nd time pressed through the T- mold, air bubbles are moved completely for extruding shiny rubber sheets. This machine is suitable for making high quality vulcanized shoes, rain boots, and snow boots.
