Rubber cooling machine

 APPLICATION :   

This machine is suitable for rubber sheet cooling.  It is designed with automatic belt feeding system and it saves energy greatly with perfect cooling effect & less environmental pollution.

FEATURES :  

1. Rubber compound are taken into water tank automatically by belt system.  No need to arrange rubber sheet by hand and touch the anti-stick solution water, which may cause irritation to the skin of the operator.
2. Use refrigeranting coolant pipes instead of water chiller.  This ensure cooling effect.  At the same time, this does not pollute water and damage chiller. 
3. It is to avoid water pollution and environmental pollution. 
4. It is more efficient than tranditional machine and is easy to operate.
5. The regular maintenance is much easier than tranditional machine.
