In order to further improve the compound dispersion and temperature control for uses, this machine adopted special blades design to correspond different compounds.  In the “constant temperature mixing” function, the temperature can be controlled within ±5 °C at your setting temperature.

1. Hydraulic Lid
   Hydraulic ram eliminates compound floating situation inside of the chamber. "Pressure can be set in segments."
2. Chamber
   The large capacity of the mixing chamber is easy to clean and easy to change different mixing materials. With high speed, excellent dispersion, and consistent temperature control, it significantly reduces the material mixing time.
3. Cool Water Jacket
   Can directly added with Crosslinking Agent, ensuring rapid heat dissipation and maintaining a consistent temperature during compounding. Prevent premature temperature rise, which could result in uneven dispersion.
4. Special Biting Rotor Design
   Special biting design rotor for perfect dispersion result.  No need to use 2-Roller open mixer for further mixing
